We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker for our Tampa, Florida facility. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from various warehouse locations.
- Use scanning equipment to track picked items.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing and shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
- Support the overall logistics process to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular Lifting of products weighing up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics principles is helpful.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting tasks.
