Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Implement and enforce procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping goods to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
  • Adhere to all Safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Support the logistics team in ensuring efficient material flow.
  • Assist with tasks requiring Lifting and moving of inventory as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Safety best practices in a warehouse environment and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting, as part of inventory checks.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations.
