Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Implement and enforce procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping goods to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Support the logistics team in ensuring efficient material flow.
- Assist with tasks requiring Lifting and moving of inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Safety best practices in a warehouse environment and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting, as part of inventory checks.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
