Join our dynamic logistics team as a Forklift Operator in Fort Worth, Texas! We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to operate forklifts and perform various warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. You will work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Adhere to strict PPE requirements at all times.
- Demonstrate proficiency in lifting and moving materials as required.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
