Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with new inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks for delivery, following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on the warehouse floor.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting and bending throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Commitment to Safety and operational excellence is paramount.
