Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse management? Our Washington, D.C. distribution center is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated team. This management position is crucial for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the highest standards of **Safety**. You will be responsible for supervising and motivating warehouse staff, scheduling work, managing inventory flow, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your leadership will directly impact our **logistics** capabilities and operational success. Key responsibilities include training and developing team members, conducting performance reviews, implementing and enforcing **Safety** protocols and **PPE** usage, managing workflow, and troubleshooting operational issues. You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role may require occasional **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs, but the primary focus is on leadership and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
