We are hiring a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle frequent Lifting and movement of goods. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time. A strong focus on Safety is essential, and you must consistently adhere to all company protocols and use the provided PPE . This is an excellent opportunity to enter the Logistics field and contribute to a busy and dynamic environment. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE , such as safety glasses and work boots.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics operations.
- Understand and implement warehouse best practices.
