Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to pick lists or RF scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory control tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear the appropriate PPE .
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including extensive walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
