We are seeking energetic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Austin, Texas . This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations and overall logistics . You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, and general warehouse maintenance. The job requires physical activity, such as standing, walking, and frequent lifting of packages and materials. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety , and adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE , is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Support other warehouse operations as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics .
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
