Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our logistics and supply chain management. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Store and organize inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move materials safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting processes.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving manual labor, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
