We are seeking a skilled and reliable Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Provo, Utah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary focus will be on efficient and safe material handling, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be interacting with various warehouse staff and supervisors, contributing to the overall smooth operation of our facility. Adherence to all company policies and procedures is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spatial awareness and a proven track record of safe operation. We value teamwork and encourage a collaborative atmosphere to achieve our collective goals. Responsibilities include pre-operational checks of the reach truck, safely navigating aisles, and accurately placing pallets in racking systems. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. We provide a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring timely deliveries. All necessary PPE will be provided. Expect to be engaged in tasks involving significant Lifting. The ultimate goal is to ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods throughout the warehouse, contributing directly to our Logistics success. Understanding and applying Safety regulations is a core component of this job.
