Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Omaha, Nebraska! We're looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will be instrumental in ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. Our warehouse environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring individuals who are reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety. The job involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting of items up to 40 lbs, and requires attention to detail in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing for long periods, and moderate Lifting.
- Reliability and punctuality.
