As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and care. You will work with a variety of products, managing inventory and ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. We are committed to a safe working environment and will provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Expect tasks involving moderate Lifting, often up to 25-50 lbs, requiring physical stamina and adherence to Safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process shipments using our shipping software.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
