Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Worker in sunny Miami, Florida! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be a key player in our logistics chain, ensuring that our products reach our customers promptly and accurately. We emphasize Safety above all else, and adherence to all protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting techniques, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Follow all instructions for proper Lifting and material handling.
- Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to Safety and following directions.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
