Responsibilities:
- Process and document all outgoing shipments accurately.
- Cross-reference order details with shipping manifests.
- Select and utilize suitable packaging materials to ensure product integrity.
- Affix shipping labels and any required regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and manage deliveries.
- Maintain comprehensive shipping records and update tracking information.
- Conduct final quality checks on all outbound shipments.
- Strictly adhere to all **safety** protocols and mandatory **PPE** usage.
- Manage and maintain inventory of shipping supplies.
- Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the **logistics** outbound process.
- Perform **Lifting** of packages and materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar **logistics** or warehouse role.
- Proficiency in shipping software and familiarity with common carrier systems.
- Capability to perform physical duties, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of **PPE** and established warehouse **safety** procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
