We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our vibrant warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is central to fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves using order pick lists, and then carefully packing these items for shipment. Precision and speed are essential, as is a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the products. You will play a direct role in customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment. This position requires physical activity, including **Lifting** items and moving throughout the warehouse. Understanding and adhering to all **safety** guidelines, including the correct use of **PPE**, is critical for this role. You will be part of a fast-paced **logistics** environment where teamwork and efficiency are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory checks as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and **logistics** efficiency.
- Manage **Lifting** of boxes and items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of **PPE** and warehouse **safety** best practices.
- Basic knowledge of **logistics** workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
