Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas! As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stocking, and maintaining inventory. This role is fundamental to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate proper **Lifting** techniques to safely handle products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Understand and execute tasks related to shipping and receiving in a **Logistics** setting.
Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Must be reliable and able to work effectively in a team. Adherence to **Safety** protocols and **PPE** usage is mandatory. Ability to work in a **Logistics** environment with varying temperatures. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are valued.
