Join our St. Louis, Missouri facility as an Order Picker and become a vital part of our logistics and fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately gathering items to fulfill customer orders, ensuring that the correct products are picked, scanned, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Read order tickets or use RF scanners to identify and locate products in the warehouse.
- Retrieve specified items from inventory locations accurately.
- Scan items to record picking activity and confirm order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Perform regular checks of inventory for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, free of obstructions.
- Comply with all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving or stocking duties as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including significant lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and scanning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Understanding and commitment to logistics safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
