Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Kansas City, Missouri, and play a key role in our distribution operations. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Pack items appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper storage.
- Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required, following all safety procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as mandated by company policy and OSHA.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
