We are looking for energetic Warehouse Workers to join our thriving logistics operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include receiving and processing inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments. A strong focus on Safety and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas of the warehouse, maintaining organization.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transport.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks with proficiency.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and Lifting throughout the shift.
- Dedication to Safety practices.
