We are looking for diligent Warehouse Workers to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This position is essential for the efficient management of our warehouse, encompassing tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing products. You will play an integral part in our logistics operations. Safety is our top priority; you are required to use all provided PPE and adhere to stringent safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace. This role demands physical capability, including consistent lifting and being on your feet for the duration of your shift. We offer a stable and team-oriented environment. Primary duties include: unloading incoming shipments, organizing and stocking inventory, picking items for outgoing orders, packing products securely, operating basic warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area, and assisting with inventory counts. Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor capacity is an advantage, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. A fundamental understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
