We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is integral to the seamless operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will ensure that our inventory is managed accurately and that orders are fulfilled promptly. Safety is our highest priority; all employees are expected to follow strict safety protocols and utilize the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock items in their designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Must wear provided PPE, including safety shoes.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse terminology is beneficial.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
