We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a safe working environment. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of warehouse associates, coordinate workflow, and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include training staff, enforcing Safety protocols, and ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will also be involved in monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within our logistics operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices. This role requires the ability to perform some physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, and maintain vigilance regarding Safety.
