Are you looking for a hands-on role in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma? We need dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This position involves a variety of tasks within our warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of operations. Responsibilities include receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You will be actively involved in our logistics chain, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves significant Lifting and movement of materials. Safety is our top priority, so strict adherence to safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
