- €140,000 DOE + Pension & Healthcare The Company A specialist engineering contractor delivering critical electrical infrastructure across major projects in Ireland and Europe.
The business works with leading international clients across sectors including data centres, life sciences and energy infrastructure, providing technically complex electrical systems and specialist installation services.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now looking to appoint a senior commercial leader.
The Role This is a senior commercial position responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual performance of multiple electrical and infrastructure projects.
Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, you will play a key role in ensuring commercial control, managing risk, and supporting project delivery across Ireland and Europe.
Lead commercial management of projects from tender through to final account Manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 Quantity Surveyors Oversee project budgets, cost plans, cashflow forecasts and commercial reporting Manage contract administration, variations, claims and final accounts Identify and mitigate commercial risk across live projects Oversee procurement strategies for specialist subcontractors and suppliers Support tender reviews, pricing strategies and commercial submissions Act as the key commercial contact for clients and senior project stakeholders The Person Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar Strong experience in electrical, M&E or specialist engineering projects Background working xcfaprz with electrical contractors, infrastructure or data centre projects highly advantageous Experience leading commercial teams and managing complex contracts Strong commercial awareness with experience managing large project budgets Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills The Package €100k
