W ork schedule Position functions and physical requirements may vary by store location. FREQUENT: Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds reaching, standing, turning Equipment operation scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math OCCASIONAL: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. squatting, stooping/bending, walking Equipment operation calculator PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: **FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift **OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
