*Job Category: *Part-Time
Pay: 14.25 per hour plus a % of classes
*General Function:*
Under the supervision of the Director of Fitness, the Pilates instructor is responsible for conducting one on one Pilates sessions with members of Eastpointe Country Club in a safe and professional manner.
*Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* Must have a working knowledge of physiology and kinesiology, as well as Pilates equipment and exercises.
* Must remain current with the latest fitness trends and regularly attend seminars and workshops offered by credible organizations.
* Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and flexibility when working with individuals of varying Pilates experience levels.
* Must understand and recognize physical limitations that may restrict participation, and provide safe modifications as needed.
* Must hold a current CPR/AED certification.
* Responsible for scheduling training sessions and maintaining an up-to-date daily training schedule in the Activity Management System.
* Expected to begin and end sessions on time, maintain a professional appearance, and serve as a healthy, caring role model for members.
* Required to promptly report any equipment issues, concerns, or suggestions to the Director of Fitness.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
