Summary of Position:
The primary role involves delivering efficient and user-friendly support services for a range of basic IT-related issues. This position is pivotal in resolving common usage problems and addressing various requests that necessitate IT intervention. You will be expected to interact directly with customers, providing prompt and effective solutions to their IT concerns. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of IT services, ensuring that all users can efficiently utilize the technology resources available at the university.
Position Requirements:
- Preferred foundational understanding of IT support services - Individual who is technically proficient - Excellent Communication - Capable of explaining technical information in a accessible manner to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Team worker - Learning Knowledge Articles and pre-made Scripts - learning and adapting to new technologies is also essential, as the candidate will need to keep abreast of the latest developments in IT support.
