1 hour from Helsinki) ?? €900 per day ?? Long-Term Contract ?? Immediate / 34 Week Start We are currently supporting a major hyperscale data centre development in Southern Finland and are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join on a long-term contract basis.
This is a flagship European data infrastructure programme, offering strong continuity and the opportunity to work client-side / within a PMC structure on a technically complex, high-value build.
The Role As Senior Design Manager, you will take ownership of the full design coordination process across CSA and MEP packages, ensuring integration between consultants, main contractors, and client stakeholders.
You will play a key role in driving design programme, managing technical risk, and ensuring alignment between design and construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities Lead design coordination across CSA & MEP disciplines Manage and interface with Main Contractors and consultant teams Oversee technical compliance and ensure design milestones are achieved Manage RFIs, change control, and design risk mitigation Support construction sequencing and programme alignment Report directly to senior client-side stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager on large-scale data centre projects Experience operating within a Main Contractor or PMC / client-side environment Strong understanding of CSA & MEP integration in mission-critical facilities Experience delivering hyperscale or Tier III / Tier IV data centres Demonstrated stability in recent contract history Whats on Offer €900 per day Long-term contract with strong pipeline continuity Accommodation typically arranged in the Helsinki/Espoo area Single-stage interview process with fast turnaround This is a high-priority appointment within a rapidly expanding European data centre portfolio. xcfaprz
