Im currently partnering with aleading international law firm to appoint aJunior Employment Associate into their growing Dublin office.

The Opportunity You will join a collaborative Employment team working across: Contentious and non-contentious employment matters Employment aspects of corporate transactions Cross-border restructuring and compliance projects Workplace investigations and complex disputes Representation before the Workplace Relations Commission and Irish courts Senior exits, incentives, global mobility and workforce strategy Youll work closely with colleagues across a well-established International Employment Group (140+ lawyers globally), gaining exposure to multi-jurisdictional mandates and high-profile clients, particularly within the technology and life sciences sectors.
This hire is a strategic growth appointment and offers genuine progression potential as the Dublin office continues to scale.
The Firm My client is a globally recognised firm advising major multinational corporations and high-growth businesses on transformative and strategically significant matters.
The Dublin office has grown beyond initial projections and now houses partners across corporate, commercial, litigation, IP, data protection and employment.
The trajectory remains ambitious.
The culture is collegiate, commercially focused and international by default over 70% of matters involve cross-border collaboration.
About You This opportunity will suit a lawyer who: Is recently qualified or early in their PQE (typically 02 years) Trained or is currently working in a leading international or large domestic firm Has strong academics Takes a pragmatic, commercially minded approach Is interested in cross-border and international work Enjoys being part of a collaborative, growth-focused team Prior experience in corporate support and/or multi-jurisdictional coordination would be advantageous but is not essential. xcfaprz
