Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated candidate to lead and manage landscaping and hardscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of hardscape and landscape, brick pavers, patios, retaining walls, and a proven track record in leading teams. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with clients to deliver exceptional outdoor environments. The candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. I give bonuses for work completed early

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and installation of hardscaping and construction activities on-site.
• Lead a team of crew members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Oversee and install harscape projects including pavers, patios, retaining walls, power washing and general duties.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage project timelines, materials, and equipment to meet client specifications.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills in landscaping, tree care, irrigation systems, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any adjustments needed.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting work regularly and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, or related fields.
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices related to outdoor environments.
• Skills in paver patio maintenance, retaining walls and time management.
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites.
• Prior experience with candidate or similar landscape management systems is a plus.
