We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Salt Lake City, Utah! In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and dedication to efficiency will be key to ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly. This is an active role requiring physical capability and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Wear required PPE and strictly follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar logistics role is a plus.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
