Account Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support and grow our Full Truckload (FTL) client portfolio. This role is perfect for someone passionate about logistics, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operations – order processing, shipment tracking, documentation
• Be the go-to contact for clients – provide updates, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction
• Build strong carrier partnerships – coordinate pickups/deliveries & assist with rate negotiations
• Solve problems proactively – manage transit delays, accessorial, delivery exceptions
• Keep data sharp – maintain TMS records, reports, and shipment performance
• Collaborate with teams – sales, ops, and accounting for seamless service
• Support growth – assist in business reviews & spotting new opportunities
• Handle after-hours calls on rotation

What We’re Looking For:

• The ideal candidate: 1–2 years’ experience in carrier sales/logistics coordination (brokerage background required, ideally from a carrier sales/LC position)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
• Highly organized with great time management
• Tech-savvy (Excel, Outlook, TMS experience a plus)
• Knowledge of 3PL brokerage operations & FTL logistics
