We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, and possess a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. This role requires excellent patient service skills to assess and address clients' needs effectively, ensuring a positive experience that promotes relaxation and pain management. We are looking for someone who can be very independent, take initiative, and be apart of a growing team who works together. We are looking for people who are passionate about what they do, detail orientated, and likes to learn.
We have hydraulic tables in each room for therapist comfort.
All shifts are currently available - You pick your schedule. We are open Monday-Saturday 9am-8:30 pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.
Base Pay starts at $30 - Plus tips - You keep 100% of your tips. Commission based on experience level - Up to 50% split ($50 per hour)
You are always given 15 minutes between each client to recharge and grab a snack!
We are located 5 minutes off of exit 25 from I-84, 10 minutes from Star, 10 minutes from Indian Creek Plaza in downtown Caldwell, and 25 minutes from Meridian.
*Duties*
* Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Utilize various techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote healing.
* Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to enhance treatment effectiveness.
* Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
* Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support patient care.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to foster strong client relationships.
*Requirements*
* Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
* Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred.
* Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus.
* Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Ability to perform various types of massage techniques while ensuring client comfort.
