This an opportunity to work with one of Irelands largest engineering teams, focused in rail.
They have recently completed a number of large infrastructure programs, and this client is looking to manage their related documentation.
They require a Document Controller to assist them in large infrastructure-related projects, based in Dublin.
About the Position Working closely with all levels of management, you will become the document controller on a number of large infrastructure related construction/engineering projects across Ireland.
These projects range from road to rail expansion to building structures.
Experience/Requirements Within this role you will be involved in Co-ordinate the creations of documents related to projects.
Liaise with engineering departments to coordinate schedules.
Management of related databases Work with H&S and Quality Engineers to ensure the relevant documentations as acquired.
Participation in and assist with training of in-house procedures.
Work to goals and objectives as set by the management team and strive to meet these in an efficient manner.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) For this role you are required to have; A min or 3 years years document control experience.
A related Engineering qualification Ideally you will have experience in engineering projects A self-starter and the ability to manage multiple projects as any given time.
Advanced experience with Excel is an advantage.
Remuneration Package This a long term contract, based from Dublin. xcfaprz
