The Role Youll manage a diverse portfolio of lending transactions, including: Residential Development Finance and Construction Work SME Corporate Lending Standard bank drawdowns and more complex alternative lender structures Youll also: Act as the finance lead on multi-disciplinary deals, collaborating closely with Real Estate and Corporate teams Be the primary point of contact for key lenders, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice Work in a supportive environment with excellent ongoing instructions across a variety of clients This role is perfect for someone ambitious about career progression, with real scope to build client relationships and drive your own fee-earning performance.
About You Experience: Ideally 36 years PQE in finance law.
