Primary Skill Requirement: Must have 6- 10 year of working experience in Embedded C for Embedded product development Planning and scheduling of development projects for customer requirements Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum Responsible for complete ownership of the project from requirement to delivery Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management Should possess strong customer interfacing skills along with good business acumen Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation. Flexible to handle pressure in adverse situations Should Improve the process and productivity of the team Should be able to handle the team size of more than 10 Members Strong in C language programming. Extensive Working Knowledge of 8/16/31 bit Microcontrollers. Hands-on Low-level device drivers Working Knowledge of Microcontroller peripherals - UART, I2C, SPI, ADC, DAC Must have hands on experience in working with debuggers and programmers like JTAG Must have experience in working with IAR compiler Must be able to debug the FW on HW target Should have basic understanding of HW schematic and HW peripherals Must have exposure to software version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA. Hands-on experience on Oscilloscopes, Multimeter, Logic analyzer, Solder station.
