This position is part of the Retail, Restaurant, and Supply Chain Technology organization and works closely with Product teams, Vendor partners, and Operations partners across the company. The Senior Software Engineering Manager will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering. About The Role & Team:

In this role, you will oversee key responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of broader objectives established by our business partners. What You'll Do:
Deliver on the strategic priorities of the Parks Supply Chain Technology team while achieving operational metrics and objectives for US Parks Supply Chain systems. Oversee engineering and development deliverables, ensuring technical excellence in features and functionality. Engage collaboratively with executives, senior managers, and key stakeholders, enhancing cross-functional processes. Manage external vendor relationships, focusing on deliverables, contract reviews, and assessments. Monitor team performance, recommend automation and self-service tools, and align outputs with business objectives. Collaborate with Program and Product Management regarding features, roadmaps, and budgets, escalating issues as needed. Support training and development for team members through technical mentoring and skill enhancement. Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of full software development lifecycle experience. Minimum of 7 years in Server Side and Backend engineering. A minimum of 5 years in Software Management. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar systems. Experience with Warehouse Execution or Control Systems and related technology stacks. Experience managing systems for Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory management in Warehouses, Stores, and Restaurants. Proficient in building use case-driven software, utilizing Agile Software Development and Test-Driven Development methodologies. Experience managing global platforms with continuous availability and support. Required Education:
