Production Assembler , you’ll help build windows and doors installed in homes and buildings across the region. Whether you’re experienced in manufacturing or ready to learn something new, we offer hands‑on training, teamwork, and a stable work environment where your skills matter. What You’ll Do
Assemble windows and doors using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Follow clear work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards ✅ Work with a team on a production line or at individual workstations Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety‑focused Meet daily production goals while taking pride in your work What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus—but
not required Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for most of the shift Frequent use of hands for assembly tasks Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed Repetitive motion and manual dexterity required ⏰ Pay & Schedule
