We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in the entire order process, from picking items to packing them securely for shipment. You will work within our dynamic logistics operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Restock inventory in pick locations as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
