What we expect from you: A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
Proven ability to design, build, scale, and maintain production services, with expertise in service-oriented architecture.
Your code is high-quality and well-tested, addressing customer needs directly.
A passion for creating an open financial system connecting people worldwide.
Desirable qualifications: Experience in rapid growth within a company (transitioning from startup to mid-size).
Hands-on experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
Understanding of blockchain technology (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
Experience in breaking down a large monolith into microservices.
Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
Experience designing systems for finance, high reliability, or security.

Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position ranges from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Total compensation may also include equity, bonuses, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Each candidate may submit a maximum of four applications within any 30-day period.
