*Job Overview*
We are seeking an outstanding and motivated Pediatric Dentist to join a newly built dental practice that will be up and running in June 2026. This is a Full Time position. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled and experienced pediatric dentist who is passionate about providing excellent dental care to our patients and growing the practice with us.
Compensation: Starting from $1100/day base or 40% percentage of production, whichever is higher
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct regular thorough examinations, preventive care, restorative treatments, and minor surgical procedures on newborns, young children and adolescents
* Create comprehensive treatment plans and communicate them to patients and parents.
* Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns
* Educate patients and parents on the importance of oral health and hygiene
* Follow established practice protocols, including infection control and safety measures
* Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry practices and technologies
*Qualifications*
* Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution
* Experience practicing pediatric dentistry
* License to practice dentistry in the state of New York
* Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software
* Strong understanding of pediatric dentistry for treating young patients
