Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Design & Sustainability Engineer to support both design development and sustainability initiatives across multiple Central London projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work across both technical design and environmental performance, with exposure to live projects and close collaboration with delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and coordination of M&E systems across refurbishment and fit-out projects
*
Assist in developing energy efficient and sustainable design solutions
*
Work closely with project, commercial and site teams to ensure designs are practical and deliverable
*
Contribute to sustainability strategies, including carbon reduction and energy modelling initiatives
*
Review technical drawings, specifications and submittals
*
Monitor compliance with current regulations, building standards and sustainability targets
*
Attend site visits across Central London to support project delivery and implementation

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle
