About the Job:

This Director of Quality Assurance, Field Specialist would cover SNOWFOX operations and would include regular weekly meetings with the Director of QA for SNOWFOX to discuss ongoing projects, changes, and key points of emphasis. This role will report to SNOWFRUIT VP.

Responsibilities

Oversee relationship with Steritech and ensure 3rd party audit standards, reporting, and KPIs are met Maintain Internal Auditing standards, reporting, and KPIs Prepare detailed reports and maintain close follow-up with OPS leadership by division Maintain group QA reporting (in collaboration with QA Directors) Lead efforts in managing, researching, and introducing new QA systems (in collaboration with QA Directors) Collaborate with the training team to identify and implement retraining sessions based on audit findings Collaborate with other business units to implement best practices Visit divisions (average of 2 divisions per month) to:

Walk stores with directors/managers Review best practices Address common issues identified through internal, third-party, or empire audits

Maintain corrective action records and ensure follow-up processes meet corrective action standards Develop and manage health department inspection processes Organize quarterly in-person reviews with OPS and QA leadership teams to assess trends, action plans, and ongoing initiatives.
