is hiring for a
QA Document Control Specialist
for a company in
Defiance, OH . In this role, you'll manage and maintain quality documents within the QMS, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and compliant with
ISO 9001
standards. You'll work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to keep documentation organized, accessible, and audit-ready.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may be required
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and control QMS documents (SOPs, work instructions, records, etc.) Ensure proper document review, approval, and version control Keep records organized, accurate, and audit-ready (COA, COC, reports, etc.) Support internal and external audits Coordinate document updates across departments Track CAPA, change control, and related documentation Help maintain training records and document distribution
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred 2-5 years of experience in document control, QA, or QMS Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Office-based with regular interaction on the production floor Involvement in audits and document reviews
