Desktop Support Engineer
to provide high-touch, white glove IT support within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with years of hands-on desktop support experience who thrives in smaller teams, communicates confidently with end users, and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Desktop Support Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties
Provide white glove desktop and end-user support to internal employees, including executives Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in person and remotely Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Administer device management and endpoint security through Intune Desktop Support Engineer's Qualifications and Skills
At least 3 years of IT or Desktop Support experience Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services or trading environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune Comfortable providing support in a white glove, high-expectation setting
