Job Summary:
Manage technical support activities for internal users by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues related to desktop, laptop, and networked systems. Coordinate and support desktop installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues, ensuring they are properly monitored, tracked, and resolved. Execute IT projects to support departmental goals and ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives. Provide training and guidance to computer users on basic computer operations and specialized applications. Maintain strong computer literacy with working knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Participate in initial training at the Client's facility in Manassas, Virginia, if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant IT support experience. CompTI nd Network certifications, an associate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
