With Intelligence seeks a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team. The Data Team works across With Intelligence to build collaboration with data and to structure the information we deliver to the industry. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will help teams across With Intelligence understand, work with, and gain value from our data assets. You will model data into usable formats, create analysis to explore insights, and deliver visualizations to demonstrate findings or opportunities. All of this combines to help make our data clear and understandable so we can build high-quality products for the market. We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who want to work with stakeholders so they can make use of With Intelligence's data. This is a great chance to be part of the evolution of a team, to provide the business with accessible data, and to foster a data-driven culture. What you’ll do

Query, analyze, model, and structure data to explain content and drive decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and functions to interpret their needs and communicate data and analysis clearly to support Product development or Data Quality management. Become a trusted expert, building your own knowledge through exploring data that lets you find and articulate answers to complex questions. Model information into tables or visualizations that support the integration of data sets and the creation of insights. Manage time effectively to coordinate data analysis activities across multiple internal projects. Requirements

Excellent numeracy, data analysis, and visualization skills. Proficiency in working with relational data and familiarity with NoSQL and unstructured sources of information. Proven ability to understand data structures and create analysis from multiple sources. Strong stakeholder management skills to understand their intended outcomes and tailor your delivery to communicate data and review meaningfully. Desire to learn and develop knowledge in others to use tools and techniques to stay relevant in a changing field. Knowledge of investment and financial products is beneficial to help grow your understanding of our data. Benefits
