Position Summary

The Intern will support daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to industry practices, develop technical and soft skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that support organizational goals.

• Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and administrative duties

• Support ongoing projects, research, and process improvements

• Collect, analyze, and organize data to support team initiatives

• Prepare reports, presentations, or documentation as needed

• Collaborate with team members across departments

• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions

• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of information

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs

• Gain exposure to industry-specific tools, systems, and processes

• Develop professional communication and teamwork skills

• Understand organizational structure and business operations

• Build problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or relevant tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• At times you will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment when entering production areas and working near moving equipment and machinery

• May be exposed to noise, dust, and cold/hot temperatures when working in production or prototype areas.
