What You'll Be Doing as a Client Support Specialist: Provide outstanding support to customers by answering inquiries, assisting with product enrollment, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Guide customers through the entire enrollment process, ensuring they understand their options and are set up for success with Verizon's services. Address any challenges or concerns, turning potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences. Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. What We're Looking For in a Sales & Customer Success Associate : You genuinely enjoy helping others and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You take pride in accuracy and ensuring that every step of the enrollment process is flawless. You can clearly explain information, listen actively, and adjust your approach based on the customer’s needs.
