You support our team as
Quality Manager
Responsibilities
You set-up and maintain the local quality management system complying with all Vibracoustic quality standards and customer specific requirements
You initiate appropriate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to products, processes, and quality systems
You represent the needs of our customers in internal functions to increase overall customer satisfaction
You lead and develop the local quality team to achieve best-in-class results
As main customer interface for any quality-related claims you establish a professional customer complaint management analyzing root causes for any returns
You coordinate internal/external customer and process audits monitoring the effectiveness of the VC Quality Management System
You drive continuous improvement programs and problem solving processes to achieve zero defect and to avoid waste
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a comparable education
You are familiar with ISO 9001 or the IATF 16949 quality management system in the automotive industry to constantly strengthen product quality
You are able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, capability and statistical analysis, you can read blueprints and have an understanding of GDT
As an experienced team leader you know how to develop your team for future needs and demands
As a team player with high engagement, you communicate with your colleagues and customers in English and local language
